We also will provide retention and onboarding support as needed and aligned with the organization's mission and strategic plan. Our primary role is to help partners attract, evaluate, and select the best talent for their specific needs.
Job Analysis
We work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications for the vacant positions. This may involve conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions and specifications.
Sourcing Candidates
Our team employs various methods to source potential candidates, such as searching online job portals and databases, networking, and utilizing social media platforms. We also proactively approach candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation
We are able to review resumes, cover letters, and applications received from candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for the position in collaboration with the hiring supervisor(s). We are also able to conduct preliminary interviews or phone screenings to further evaluate candidates and shortlist the most promising ones.
Interviewing and Selection
We coordinate and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and aligned fit. This could include administering tests, assessments, or other evaluation methods to gather additional insights into candidates' capabilities.
Reference and Social Media/Website Checks
Once a candidate is deemed suitable, we will help with reference checks to verify the candidate's qualifications and previous work experiences. We may also perform background checks to ensure the candidate's integrity and suitability for the role.
Candidate Experience and Onboarding
We strive to provide a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. This includes keeping the candidates informed about the progress and provide feedback when necessary. After a candidate is hired, we may assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
